President and Lawyer

For more than a decade, Abel Navarro Batista has provided business legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs in the main economic sectors in Panama, including construction, real estate, energy and retail.

His experience focuses on matters related to the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, Real Estate Law, Regulated Commercial Activities (energy, telecommunications, others), Labor and Immigration, as well as Intellectual Property Rights.

He was a professor at the Autonomous University of Chiriquí where he taught Civil Procedural Law and Commercial Law.

Es egresado de la facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad de Panamá  (2005), durante ese mismo año obtuvo su idoneidad.  Luego de ejercer cargo público en el Órgano Judicial en el año 2006 funda Panama Legal Business.
