Abel Navarro Batista

For more than a decade, Abel has provided legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs in the main economic sectors in Panama, including construction, real estate, energy, and retail.

His experience focuses on matters related to the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, Real Estate Law, Regulated Commercial Activities (energy, telecommunications, others), Labor and Immigration, as well as Intellectual Property Rights.

He was a professor at the Autonomous University of Chiriquí where he taught Civil Procedural Law and Commercial Law.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Panama (2005), during that same year he obtained his suitability. After holding public office in the Judicial Branch in 2006, he founded Panama Legal Business.
